‘Estrogen Dominance’ is a type of hormonal imbalance where the body has too much estrogen in relation to progesterone.
Here are some symptoms of Estrogen Dominance:
- Irregular periods
- Heavy periods
- Weight gain, especially in mid-section, hips, and thighs
- Sore, painful breasts
- Depression, irritability, anxiety, fatigue
- Thyroid issues
- Low libido (low sex drive)
- Fibroids or endometriosis
